All orders from Selections from Museums of Canada are shipped in a timely fashion via Canada Post.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Our shipping and handling charges have been calculated to cover our actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, packing materials, and related overhead costs associated with these services.

Some of our items incur extra shipping costs because the dimensions or weights exceed the limits of standard shipping rates and require a surcharge.

Standard Shipping

In-stock orders for standard delivery are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and will be delivered in 6-10 business days.

Shipping of Back Orders

Occasional back orders will take longer.

Orders With Multiple Products

Products ordered together might not be shipped together. Large or heavy items may ship separately. Additional delivery time and shipping costs are noted in item details and will be shown in your shopping cart.

Shipping charges are based on ORDER VALUE and subject to Provincial taxes throughout Canada.

Other Shipping FAQS

Can I split an order to ship to multiple addresses?

No. You can only ship to one address per order. Please place a new order for each address that you wish to ship to.

What if I have moved and want to change my address?

If your email or address has changed after you've placed your order, fill out the form on this page. Include your new address in the Message field, and we'll update your order.

Will my shipment arrive before Christmas?

If you place your order prior to December 15, it will be delivered in time for Christmas.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin to process your order immediately after you submit your order. We pick, pack, wrap and ship your order as quickly as we can. We do not have the ability to change or stop orders once they have been placed. Instead of canceling your order, simply return the product to us when you receive it using the Return Form included with your order. We will refund the original cost of the merchandise. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Regular merchandise should take from 5 - 7 business days to arrive.

Custom-made items will take longer (up to 4 to 6 weeks).

Can I place an order to be shipped internationally?

International orders cannot be placed through this system.

Can I send food items to the United States?

No, unfortunately we cannot.
