How to Return an Order

Although we hope you enjoy your order from Selections from Museums of Canada, we know that sometimes it's necessary to return an item. We want to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Under what circumstances can I return an order?

Your satisfaction is our goal. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please return it to us unused or in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

How long do I have to return an order?

You may exchange or return an item within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

What is an Return Authorization Number (RA#)?

An RA# is a tracking number assigned specifically to you for your return. This helps us expedite the return at our end and ensure that the purchase amount is refunded in a timely manner.

How is my money refunded?

In most cases, refunds are handled by cheque, issued to the person who placed the order.

Food Products, Earrings & Personalized Items

We do not accept refunds on food products, earrings or personalized items unless an error has been made by Selections.

Please follow the procedure on the form that is included with all shipments.

1. Obtain a RA#

Call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization #: 


IMPORTANT: Returns without an RA# will not be processed.

2. Ship the Return
